1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account or using AI Humanizer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Humanizer (16 in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where a higher age of digital consent applies). By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service.

2. Permitted Use & AI Output Disclaimer

You may use AI Humanizer for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to produce academic work, exam answers, job-application materials, or other submissions in violation of your institution's, employer's, or examiner's rules — including academic integrity policies that prohibit AI assistance
• Impersonate another person, generate misleading or defamatory content about real individuals, or produce content intended to deceive readers about its origin
• Generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others

AI output disclaimer. All output is generated by AI models and is probabilistic. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or that output will evade any AI-detection tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using outputs in compliance with all rules that apply to you, and for any consequences of that use. AI Humanizer is provided as a writing tool, not a guarantee of detection avoidance.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then. All prices are in USD.

7-day money-back guarantee: we offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription. Renewals, plan upgrades, and partial periods are non-refundable. Full details and how to request a refund are in our Refund Policy.

4. Free Plan Limits

The free plan includes 2,000 words per month and 3 AI detection checks per day. Unused words do not roll over. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text you submit. By submitting text, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Humanizer is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that humanized text will pass all AI detection tools in all contexts. Detection tools update frequently and results may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Humanizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Humanizer, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
